Connecting people to purpose at Sellafield

Sellafield, on the Cumbrian coast, is Europe's largest nuclear site, with a mission that stretches across generations. With more than 10,000 workers across multiple sites, they faced a huge task to communicate their new people strategy. So, they turned to us to visualise how their everyday work connects with the wider mission.

A shared vision for Manchester's Bee Network

Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) is building the Bee Network – an integrated transport system bringing together buses, trams, walking, cycling and, eventually, rail under one network by 2030. We helped make this ambitious vision visual; giving teams and partners a clearer picture of how every piece of the network fits together, and a catalyst for crucial conversations.

Sleep science: From lab to life

After 45 years spent researching sleep and sleep disorders, Professor Colin Espie of the University of Oxford knows a thing or two about what makes for a good night's rest. But research has little impact if it stays in academic papers. We worked with Colin to turn his ‘Five Principles of Good Sleep Health’ into an animation – creating a format that could reach far beyond the academic world.

Building a city of ideas for Inform

Bringing people together is a rare opportunity for the Inform Team. As a fully remote organisation, their twice-yearly face-to-face events are about more than sharing updates – they're a chance to reconnect, swap ideas and spend time thinking together.

Visualising 60 years of impact on UK law

For six decades, the Law Commission has played a vital role in reviewing, updating and simplifying the laws of England and Wales. Its work has shaped so many aspects of our lives - through family law and housing to business regulation and public services. Yet, it has made much of this impact quietly, behind the scenes. So, this project was about shining a light on six decades of legal reform in a single, compelling visual narrative.

Visual e-learning: Engaging a workforce on a critical subject

By transforming domestic abuse awareness training into an impactful e-learning module, we enabled Redbridge Council to effectively raise awareness and engage their workforce on an important issue - setting a new benchmark for organisations tackling this vital issue. We are very proud to have played our part in delivering such an important initiative.
